Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in glass bowl in microwave on High for about 30 seconds.
Stir in flour to form smooth paste.
Stir in milk gradually.
Microwave 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on High; stir once during cooking.
Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
Pour over fresh or steamed vegetables.
