Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Fry ground meat and onion until lightly browned.
    Add rest of ingredients and slowly boil 45 to 60 minutes, adding the beans the last 5 minutes.
