Popovers For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
    Grease small (custard) Pyrex dishes.
    Divide dough between 3 dishes.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Do not open oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
