Deviled Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In large heavy skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat, until beef is browned.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, scraping up browned bits in skillet.
    Cover, simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes.
