Spring Sunshine Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold water
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 lemons (juice of)
Preparation
    Mix cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
    Combine hot water and sugar and bring to a boil.
    Add cornstarch mixture.
    Cook until it begins to thicken.
    Cook about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks. Return to mixture and cook a few minutes longer.
    Add lemon juice. Cover and set aside.
