Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1 grated rind of lemon
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 box graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Make pie crust following directions on the box.
Spread in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Chill evaporated milk overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add honey, lemon juice and rind.
Fold in whipped evaporated milk.
Spread the mixture over the crust.
Chill in refrigerator.
