Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) cans whole sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Turn the potatoes into a large bowl and mash smoothly.
Add the pineapple, nutmeg, salt, brown sugar and melted butter or margarine.
Mix with a fork until all are combined.
Turn into a shallow baking dish and spread evenly.
