Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix, mixed according to directions
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix and pour half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
