Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 can pimento
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Pour mushroom soup into small casserole dish. Follow with green peas (drained).
    Combine water chestnuts, pimento and chopped onion; pour over peas.
    Mix crackers, Cheddar cheese and melted margarine; pour onto other ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
