Stuffed Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 loin chops (1 1/2 to 2-inches thick)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. fat
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Slit pocket lengthwise in middle of unboned or meaty side of chop.
Brown onion and celery in fat.
Add salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning, bouillon cube and water.
Stir to dissolve cube.
Add bread crumbs.
Stuff each pork chop with 1/4 of mixture.
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Place in baking dish.
Cover.
Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 1 hour.
Uncover; bake 30 minutes more to brown.
Makes 4 servings.
