Hamburger-Onion Hoedown - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
2/3 c. water
pastry for two crust pie
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except pastry) in a bowl until well blended.
Make the pastry using a recipe of your choice.
Roll out one half into a 9 x 10-inch shape and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Make six patties of the ground beef mixture and place evenly on the bottom crust.
Roll out the other half of the pastry into a 10 x 12-inch shape and place over the patties, pressing lightly around each one.
Seal edges.
Prick around the patties with a fork and some on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
