Easy Cheese Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. hot dogs
Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls

Preparation

With a knife, make slit in hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends.
Insert strips of cheese.
Open can of crescent roll dough. Separate triangles (8).
Flatten each triangle a little.
Place hot dog on shortest side of triangle.
Roll up.
Place hot dogs, cheese side up, on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until dough puffs up and turns golden brown.
Makes 8 hot dogs.
Serve with mustard, ketchup, etc.
