Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    10 oz. frozen broccoli
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. m.s.g. or Accent
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. or 6 slices cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
    1/3 c. plain flour (thickening)
    1/2 c. cold milk (thickening)
Preparation
    Bring 1 1/2 quart water to boil.
    Add broccoli and onions. Boil 10 minutes.
    Add seasonings and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Add milk, canned milk and margarine.
    Stir until it reaches a boil.
    Add thickening.
    Get lumps out.
    Can be kept warm until served.
