Cashew Jack "Cheese" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. raw cashews
    1/4 c. onion chips (dry)
    1 Tbsp. food yeast flakes
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Whiz in blender until smooth.
    If necessary, you may add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional water or 1/4 cup oil may be added for a more \"cheesy\" texture.
    Blend in lemon juice last.
    This cheese is also very delicious on pizza.
