Glazed Carrots(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. carrots, trimmed, scraped and sliced
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Add the sugar and salt.
    Stir and cook for 1 minute.
    Add the carrots and stir well.
    Add the water and cook slowly until all the liquid has evaporated and the carrots are tender and glazed.
