Chuck Wagon Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown the kielbasa and drain excess fat, then return the kielbasa to the skillet.
    Stir in the rice, beans and sauce.
    Cook over medium-high heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
