Cranberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce (either jelled or whole)
Preparation

Mix oats, flour and brown sugar together.
Cut in the butter until crumbly.
Place half of this mixture in an 8 x 8-inch greased cake pan.
Cover with the cranberry sauce.
Top with the balance of the oat-flour mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or your favorite whipped topping.
