Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. beef tips
2 lb. ground chuck
1 can tomato juice
2 cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. chili powder
1 onion, diced
2 to 3 cans kidney beans
Preparation

Saute beef tips on high heat until browned.
Place in crock-pot or large chili cooking pot with 2 cups water.
Cook over medium heat until tender.
Cook ground chuck and onion until done; drain.
Add spices and add to beef tips and broth.
Add tomato juice, sauce and beans.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low heat.
