Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
cornstarch
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Blend egg yolks with milk.
Pour into saucepan.
Add crushed pineapple, sugar and vanilla; cook, stirring often.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Prepare a graham cracker crust and pour filling into crust.
Refrigerate, covered with Saran Wrap.
Serve with Cool Whip.
