Chili Con Queso(Mexican Cheese Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 can chile peppers, drained and chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Simmer until Velveeta is melted completely.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
