Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tortillas
1/2 c. fat
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 large can chili (no beans)
2/3 c. cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Heat oil and chili powder.
Dip tortillas in hot oil just until soft. Spread with chili.
Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Roll tortilla.
Place in baking dish and put remainder of chili, cheese and onion on top.
Place in a 300\u00b0 oven to heat and serve at once.
