Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 chicken wings
    1 egg
    1/2 c. corn starch
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dip wings in 1 beaten egg.
    Dip into mixture of 1/2 cup corn starch and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
    Brown and place (single layers in baking dish).
    Mix 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup catsup, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Pour over chicken wings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn wings and bake 20 minutes longer.
