Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
2 dashes of garlic salt
2 cans (12 oz.) Shoe Peg corn
chopped jalapeno or 1 can green chilies
Preparation

Combine cheese with milk, butter and garlic salt in saucepan over low heat.
Heat until cheese and butter are melted and blended.
Add drained corn and peppers.
Bake in buttered casserole dish in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
