Bananas In Sweet-Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar or 3/4 c. white and 1/2 c. brown
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. skinned, chopped peanuts
    3 lb. bananas, chunked
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Add water, vinegar and egg.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Watch, it scorches easily.
    Pour sauce over bananas to coat generously.
    Add nuts last.
    Store rest of sauce in jar in refrigerator.
