Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown onion in cooking oil.
    Season steak as desired.
    Add steak and brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
