Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can coconut
Preparation

Soften oleo to room temperature.
Combine sugar and oleo.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Fold in vanilla and vinegar.
Add coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake approximately 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
