Saucy Chicken - cooking recipe

2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken
1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation

Combine apricot preserves, dressing and onion soup in bowl. Mix well.
Pour over chicken pieces in large baking dish.
Cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until desired brownness.
