Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. each)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat cheese until creamy; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Place a vanilla wafer in paper lined muffin pan.
    Pour cheese over wafer, filling cups full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    These are best if left in pans and refrigerated overnight.
    Top with fresh fruit or leave plain.
