Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. drained tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients into 16 meat balls. Brown in shortening.
    Combine rest of ingredients and add meatballs. Cook for 20 minutes.
