Cheese Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1 egg
    parsley flakes
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    pizza sauce
Preparation
    Roll bread dough into large rectangle.
    Mix cheeses, egg and parsley.
    Spread onto bread, keeping away from edges.
    Fold dough around cheese.
    Moisten edges to seal.
    Bake on cookie sheet 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
