Chicken Breast(Saltim Bocca) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts (boned and flattened)
    Parmesan cheese
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    tomato sauce
    bread crumbs
    4 slices Italian Prosciutto
    sage
    butter
Preparation
    On each chicken breast, place a slice of cheese, sprinkle of sage, one slice Prosciutto and a little tomato sauce.
    Roll chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
    Roll in melted butter, then in bread crumbs that have been mixed with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until browned.
    Serves 4.
