Teriyaki Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 boneless pork loin roast (about 3 lb.), halved
    7 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until a thermometer instead into the roast reads 160\u00b0. Remove roast and keep warm.
