Casserole Tyson - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. stewing beef (lean), cut in cubes
1 c. cream type sherry
2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large oven casserole and mix well. Add mushrooms last.
Cover casserole and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
