Strawberry Thrill Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 large box or 2 small boxes cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can strawberry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix water with Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
Add pineapple and pie filling.
Chill for several hours or overnight. Mix room temperature cream cheese with sour cream, vanilla and sugar.
Spread over chilled Jell-O mixture.
Top with chopped nuts.
