Broiled Venison Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

venison steaks, about 2-inches thick
salt and pepper
mustard
butter or margarine
Preparation

Rub the steaks with salt, pepper and a little mustard. Preheat broiler and place steaks about 5-inches below the heat on a well-greased grill.
About 7 to 10 minutes on each side should be sufficient for rare, 15 minutes for medium and 20 minutes for well-done.
