Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of onion rings with the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
