Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large potatoes, boiled and diced
9 to 10 eggs, boiled hard
1 qt. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tsp. mustard (yellow)
1/4 c. sugar
2 medium diced onions
Preparation

For 10 x 4 1/2-inch bowl.
Cook potatoes, then chunk.
Mix sugar, mustard and salad dressing thoroughly.
Add diced potatoes, eggs (chopped), and onions.
Layer in bowl.
Stir to mix together. Save 15 slices of eggs for top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
