Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 peppers (1 green, 1 red)
1 medium onion, if desired
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. basil
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 English cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Break up Feta cheese and add to vegetables.
Add seasonings and olive oil.
Toss well.
Makes eight good-size servings.
