Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
3 c. fresh apples, diced
1 c. pecans, broken
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix
all
but
the margarine, evaporated milk and brown sugar, together in a big bowl and stir to combine.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 12 cup tube or Bundt pan.\tBake 90 minutes in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
