2 pkg. instant pudding
4 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can lite frosting
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers.
Make pudding with milk according to package directions.
Fold into Cool Whip.
