Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. regular oats (uncooked)
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugars, beating well at medium speed.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add oil and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
