Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. whole milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
4 c. sliced peaches, sweetened to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine milk, flour and sugar and mix thoroughly; add to the melted margarine. Add peaches and do not stir.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until browned.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
