Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. mashed cauliflower, cooked
    1 c. light cream (half and half)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 slices American cheese
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. raw cauliflower
Preparation
    Cook 2 tablespoons butter, onion and celery until clear.
    Mix chicken broth and mashed, cooked cauliflower with first 3 ingredients.
    Put flour in melted butter; mix.
    Take off stove and add cream.
    Cook until thick.
    Add to all other ingredients.
    Cook all together and serve in bread bowls.
