Cornmeal Pan Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    You can omit the cornmeal and use 1 cup flour instead, for regular pan cakes.
