Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. dry instant potatoes or real potatoes, mashed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown the meat and drain.
    Combine meat with soup mix.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Mix in green peppers.
    Make mashed potatoes and mix in sour cream and butter.
    Layer on top of meat mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
