Cabbage Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    15 to 18 oz. low sodium tomato sauce or V-8 juice
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. low-fat cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
    Drain well. Add sauce.
    In a large casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer meat, cabbage and cheese.
    Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
