Beef Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. sesame or vegetable oil
    ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and a generous amount of pepper in a medium bowl.
    Mix in the garlic.
    Pour over your favorite beef (flank steaks, chuck roast, etc.), turning to coat all sides.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the steaks occasionally.
    Now the beef is ready for your grill or broiler.
