Skillet Macaroni And Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. (1 1/2 c.) uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (you could substitute ketchup for portion of this ingredient)
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Simmer onion and green pepper in a little water in skillet. Add beef and brown.
Add macaroni, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes, until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste, adding more water as needed to keep from sticking and getting too dry.
Serves 6.
