Rainbow Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon, lime, orange, raspberry or strawberry flavor gelatin
    2 c. lemon juice concentrate
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
    1 qt. sherbet (any flavor)
    1 (32 oz.) chilled club soda
Preparation
    In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water; set aside.
    In large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, real lemon juice and gelatin mixture.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add sherbet and club soda.
    Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
