Spinach Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    4 c. herb stuffing mix
    2 large onions, minced
    8 eggs
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 cloves minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package.
    Squeeze out all liquid. Mix all ingredients and chill 2 hours.
    Roll into 75 one inch balls.
    Freeze or refrigerate until ready to cook.
    Cook in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes on ungreased sheet.
